Earlier today, a Swiss federal authority publicly confirmed that it has issued a legally authorized demand for information related to an Ephemeral Workspace in connection with an ongoing investigation.

What We Know

There is no indication that Ephemeral systems have been compromised, and our infrastructure and operational model continue to function as designed.

As reflected in our public statement, Ephemeral evaluates all legally binding judicial orders under Swiss law through established legal procedures. We do not comment publicly on the existence or substance of specific investigative matters beyond what is legally required.

At this time the matter is being reviewed through formal legal channels.

What This Means

• This matter does not affect our operational capabilities or ongoing work.
